摘　　要：弗莱特纱线是具有扭曲基因的分形涤纶与黏胶纤维复合成"龙缠柱"结构的纱线,利用弗莱特纱线与棉纱染色时上色率不同的特点,进行交织开发出具有弗莱特优良特性的提花面料。详细介绍编织原料与工艺条件,给出两种不同的编织方法,分析其工艺优缺点,并在此基础上进行编织工艺优化设计,给出一种新的编织工艺,通过面料技术指标说明该方法能够使面料达到理想状态。根据弗莱特纱线的成纱特点,提出编织过程中存在的调试难点,并有针对性地给出解决措施。该弗莱特新型提花面料的设计,为针织企业新原料的产品开发与应用提供参考。The Fu Laite yarn is one kind of 'dragon wrapping pillar' structured composite yarn consisted of distortion gene contained fractal polyester and viscose fiber,whose dye uptake is different from cotton fiber yarn,according to which this paper develops one kind of jacquard fabric with excellent properties.It introduces the raw materials and knitting conditions,presents two knitting methods,analyzes their advantages and disadvantages,and thus optimizes the knitting technology and puts forward a new knitting technology,through which the knitted fabric can achieve its ideal state when analyzing the technological parameters.In addition,according to the yarn forming characteristics of Fu Laite,the machine debugging difficulties are pointed out and the countermeasures are also given.The design of new type of Fu Laite jacquard fabric can be reference for knitting enterprises to make product development and pursue applications of new raw materials.
