摘　　要：采用圆网印花技术,将黏合剂、拒水拒油剂、增稠剂等制成浆料,通过单面涂层整理工艺,焙烘后可赋予棉织物此面拒水拒油的性能;同时在棉织物另一面进行亲水整理,温度120℃,整理后可赋予棉织物此面亲水导湿性能。检测数据显示,经此工艺加工后,可制成具有单面导湿性能的棉织物。This paper mixes the adhesives,water and oil repellent and thickener together to get the sizing agent,then by using the rotary screen printing technology,the sizing agent is coated on one side of the cotton fabric,after baking the treated side of the fabric can obtain the water and oil repellency.The other side of the fabric receives the hydrophilic finish under 120℃,thus this side can obtain the hydrophilic and moisture transferring properties.The data show that this technology can produce the single side moisture-transferring cotton knitted fabric.
