摘  要:对CreoraR超耐氯氨纶丝和普通耐氯氨纶丝进行了织造、染整以及成品面料的耐氯性测试分析。结果显示,CreoraR超耐氯氨纶丝织造时断纱较少,整经和织造作业性好,所得成品面料条干优良;耐氯性测试数据显示,在面料强力保持率为70%时,经过水洗预处理和干洗预处理的CreoraR超耐氯氨纶面料可分别经受203 h和117 h的耐氯性实验,而同等条件下普通耐氯氨纶面料仅可分别经受80 h和90 h;电子显微镜照片显示,CreoraR超耐氯氨纶面料经耐氯性实验后,其纤维表面比普通耐氯氨纶纤维表面损伤小,这均表明CreoraR超耐氯氨纶丝较普通耐氯氨纶丝的耐氯性有明显的提高,其适用于泳衣面料、持久合身及塑形性面料等耐氯性要求较高产品的开发中。By using the ultra chloride resistant Creora polyurethane and common chloride resistant polyurethane,this paper knits fabrics,dyes them and analyzes the chloride resistant properties of final fabrics.The research results show that the ultra chloride resistant Creora polyurethane can be knitted and dyed just like the common chloride resistant polyurethane,which can be beamed easily.The fabric knitted with ultra chloride resistant Creora polyurethane knitted and nylon bears good surface effect.The chloride resistant properties testing data show that under the condition of 70% elasticity,the ultra chloride resistant Creora polyurethane fabric after water washing treatment and dry washing treatment can resist 203 hours of chloride resistant experiment and 117 hours of chloride resistant experiment,respectively,but the common chloride resistant polyurethane knitted fabric after water washing treatment and dry washing treatment can resist only 80 hours of chloride resistant experiment and 90 hours of chloride resistant experiment,respectively.The electronic microscope photos show that the surface of polyurethane fiber in the ultra chloride resistant Creora polyurethane fabric after the chloride resistant experiment is damaged very little.The Creora ultra chloride resistant polyurethane is suitable for development of swimming,permanent fitting and body shaping fabrics with high requirements on chloride resistance.
