PLIF加椎弓根内固定治疗腰椎滑脱症21例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腰椎后路椎间融合(posterior lumbar interbody fusion,PLIF)及椎弓根内固定治疗腰椎滑脱的临床疗效。方法回顾分析我科2005年4月～2007年8月用PLIF加椎弓根内固定治疗腰椎滑脱症21例,观察临床疗效、融合率、滑脱复位率、并发症等。结果随访21例,随访时间6～24个月,平均16个月,优良率95.5%,滑脱复位率约93.8%,融合率达97.5%,2例神经根牵拉,术后3个月内全部恢复正常。结论 PILF加椎弓根内固定是治疗腰椎滑脱症的有效手术方式。Objective Explore posterior Image fusion betwen weneber （pererior huabar interbedy fusion ,PLIF）and pedicel fixation treatment of lunbar obisthe climical curative effect,Methods Review Ibranch in April2005 to August 2007 in PLIF add pedicle intermal fixation for lumbar olisthe 21case of disease,observe elimeal curanve effect ,fusion rate,slippage reset rate, complications ,etc,Results 21cases of follow-up,and follow-up time June-24 months ,mean 16 months ,was 95.5%,the surge reset rate of about 93.8%,fusion rate reached 97.5%,2case perve root force ,after 3 months and returned to nomal,Comclusion PILF add pedicle fixation is the treatment of lumbar olisthe disease effective operation method.
