国产ER5356焊丝在汽车空调铝储液罐上的应用

摘　　要：在现有工艺条件下采用国产ER5356焊丝替代进口ER5356焊丝用于6061铝合金储液罐的焊接,对比了2种焊丝的化学成分,并进行了焊缝剖面分析、焊缝探伤分析和耐压检测。结果表明,国产ER5356焊丝满足了储液罐筒体与筒盖的焊接要求,完全可以替代进口ER5356焊丝用于6061铝合金汽车空调储液罐的焊接。The 6061 aluminum liquid storage tank was welded with homemade ER5356 welding wire substituting the import ER5356 welding wire on the same technological conditions.Chemical compositions of two kinds of welding wires were contrasted.The cross section,detection and the dielectric strength of weld were performed.Results showed that homemade ER5356 welding wire compared with the import ER5356 welding wire had the ability to meet the demands of aluminum liquid storage tank.
