摘 要:在水温(28.0±0.5)℃下,用封闭静水式装置测定了体长1.90~11.03 cm、体重0.17~22.99 g黄颡鱼(Pel-teobagrus fulvidraco)的瞬时耗氧率和窒息点。结果表明,黄颡鱼窒息点(Sp)为0.33~0.60 mg/L,瞬时耗氧率(IRO2)为0.0119~0.2081 mg/g.h。Sp和IRO2随规格的增加而降低,黄颡鱼窒息点(Sp)与体长(L)、体重(W)的关系式分别为:Sp=0.7795L-0.3695(R2=0.9619)、Sp=0.4897W-0.1323(R2=0.9656);瞬时耗氧率(IRO2)与体长(L)、体重(W)的回归方程为:IRO2=0.7290L-0.5709(R2=0.9580)、IRO2=0.3549W-0.2036(R2=0.9539);IRO2随水中溶解氧(DO)的下降而下降,二者之间存在明显的线性关系。黄颡鱼属低窒息点鱼类,其呼吸类型可归属于顺应型。In this experiment, size related instantaneous oxygen consumption rate (IRO2 ) and suffocation point (Sp) of yellow catfish with body length of 1.90 -11.03 cm and body weight of 0.17 -22.99 g were investigated by means of sealed-still water at (28.0 ± 0.5) ℃. The results showed that the range of Sp and IRO2 was 0.33 - 0.60 mg/L and 0. 0119 -0. 2081 mg/g · h. respectively, Both Sp and IRO2 of yellow catfish decreased with size increasing, and the power function between Sp and size, and IRO2 and size can be described as Sp=0.7795L-0.3695 (R2=0.9619), Sp = 0.4897W-^0.1323 (R2=0.9656) and IRO2 = 0.7290L-^0.5709 (R2 =0. 9580), IRO2 = 0. 3549W-0.2036(R2 =0.9539), respectively. IRO2 of yellow catfish decreased with de- creasing dissolved oxygen (DO) and there was a linear correlations between IRO2 and DO. This study suggests that yellow catfish has low suffocation point and its breath relegates to compliant style.
