摘  要:为提高 Si C增强铝基复合材料的抗蚀性能 ,利用 Kr F准分子激光在高纯度氮气环境下对Si C晶须增强铝基复合材料进行气体合金化处理。处理后 ,在试件表面形成了一个几微米厚的富含Al N陶瓷相的表面改性层。该层不再含有导致材料抗蚀性恶化的金属间化合物 ,Si C增强相的数量也大幅度减少。A technique of KrF excimer laser gas alloying with pure nitrogen being employed to improve the corrosion resistance of Al/SiC metal matrix composite is reported in this paper. After excimer laser surface treatment, an aluminum nitride contained layer with a few microns thick was formed on the surface of Al/SiC MMC. In this layer, all of the CuAl 2 and most of the SiC reinforcement, which were considered to accelerate the corrosion process of Al/SiC composite, were decomposed and absent. The multiple mechanism of excimer laser gas alloying is confirmed to be effective to improve the corrosion resistance of Al/SiC composite.
