网络党建可持续发展的路径选择

摘　　要：网络党建从无到有,虽然取得了一定成果,但与商业运作的网站相比,仍然存在着一些与时代发展、社会需求和党建工作目标不相符合的问题。本文从深刻理解网络党建的本质内涵出发,着重分析了当前网络党建定位偏低、建设水平不高,网络党建资源缺乏整合;党建网站吸引力小、点击率低、缺乏网络社会生活质感及网络党建工作者忌讳网络的负面影响而主动放弃网络阵地等不足及其成因,试图从架构大网络党建系统,整合资源,培养政治素质高和技术精干的工作队伍;打造互动型党建网站,加强党员群众的横向沟通,赋予网络党建以网络社会生活质感;创新党员活动方式等方面入手,有针对性地解决目前网络党建中存在的问题,从而促进网络党建持续快速健康发展。The Party＇s construction through network has achieved a lot since the very beginning; however, compared with the commercial websites it still cannot follow the steps of the times, not fulfill the need of the society, and not completely realize the objectives of our party＇s construction work. Through deep un- derstanding the essence of Party construction through network, this thesis emphatically analyses the weak points and the causes of our part construction： the low position and level of party construction which is lac- king in resources integration; Party construction websites don＇t have much attraction and click rate, and even lacks life sense of network society; and party constructors give up network stronghold because of worrying about its negative effects. This thesis tries to propose some preferential paths to promote the sustainable, healthy and quick development of the Party＇s construction through network, such as recon- structing the system of the Party＇s construction through network, integrating resources, training staffs with high political qualities and technical skills, innovating the mode of Party member＇s activities, con- structing interactive party construction websites and strengthening the communication between party mem- bers and other people, and thus revoking the life sense of the Party＇s construction through network.
