摘　　要：可持续竞争力是建筑企业持续发展的关键,在分析现有建筑企业竞争力评价方法不足的基础上,结合企业竞争力的相关理论,提出了动态评价企业可持续竞争力的综合方法;并利用投影寻踪聚类技术和指数平滑法,构建了建筑企业可持续竞争力评价指标体系和评价模型,以实现对建筑企业可持续竞争力的评价;最后选取我国21家建筑企业进行实证分析,为建筑企业可持续竞争力评价提供了新思路.Sustainable competitiveness is the key to realize the sustainable development. This article analyzes the disadvantages of evaluation method of the competitiveness for corporations nowadays, combined with the related theory of enterprise competitiveness, proposes the dynamic evaluation method on the sustainable competitiveness for construction corporations, using projection pursuit clustering technology and exponential smoothing, establishes the evaluation index system and the evaluation model to realize the dynamic evaluation of the construction enterprise sustainable competitiveness, and selects 21 construction corporations in China for the positivist analysis, thus providing new ideas for the evolution on the sustainable competitiveness for construction corporations.
