增强大学生自我教育能力探讨

摘　　要：随着现代社会的快速发展,多元的思想和更多的信息给高校大学生思想政治教育带来新的问题,这些问题仅仅依靠高校的领导、思想工作教育者和老师的努力是不够的,大学生应该培养自我教育的能力,使得自己得到更加全面的发展.从自我教育的特点入手,分析当代大学生自我教育的积极意义,提出高校思想工作者要创新性引导大学生增强自我教育能力,引导大学生自我教育的正确方向,帮助其掌握自我教育的正确途径,提供其自我教育的适当空间等,使得大学生提升自身综合能力,为社会作出贡献.With the rapid development of modem society, multiple concepts and more information result in new problems of education in ideology and polities. Those problems can not only be solved, by university leaders, educators and teachers in that university students should cultivate their own self-educated abilities for all-around development. This paper analyzes the significance of self-education of modem university students from the aspect of characteristics of self-eduction and puts forward the idea that university educators shoud cultivate abilities of universtity students in creative methods, guide them to right educational directions and leave them enough space to improve by themselves so as to improve their comprehensive abilities and make contributions to the society.
