摘  要:目的观察桑仙降压颗粒对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)微血管密度(MVD)、成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的影响,探讨其对高血压微血管病变的干预及作用机制。方法 SHR随机分为三组,空白对照组、吲哒帕胺西药对照组、桑仙降压颗粒组,以Wistar大鼠为正常对照,4周及8周后观察SHR心肌MVD及bFGF的表达。结果实验前与正常对照组比较,空白对照组心肌CD34表达明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而空白对照组bFGF蛋白光密度值与正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验4周、8周后,与空白对照组比较,随着周龄增加,桑仙降压颗粒组与西药对照组MVD均逐渐增多,而bFGF阳性表达则逐渐减少。结论桑仙降压颗粒对SHR大鼠微血管损害起到干预作用,其机制之一可能与减少bFGF分泌有关。Objective To observe the impacts of sangxian jiangya granules on the microvascular density(MVD)and fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)for the rats with spontaneous hypertension and explore its intervention and mechanism on the hypertensive microvascular disorder.Methods The rats with spontaneous hypertension were randomized into three groups,a blank control group,a western medicine(indapamide)control group and a sangxian jiangya granules group.Wistar rats were selected as a normal control group.In 4 and 8 weeks,the expressions of MVD and bFGF of the myocardium were observed for the rats with spontaneous hypertension.Results Before the experiment,in comparison with the normal control group,the myocardial CD34 expression was reduced obviously in the blank control group,indicating the statistical significant difference(P0.05).In 4 and 8 weeks of the experiment,as compared with the blank control group,with the week age increasing,MVD was increasing gradually in either the sangxian jiangya granules group or the western medicine control group.But,bFGF positive expression was reducing gradually.Conclusion Sangxian jiangya granules act on the intervention on the microvascular damage for the rats with spontaneous hypertension and one of the mechanisms may be related with the reduction of bFGF secretion.
