中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的了解金蝉止痒颗粒联合盐酸左西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法入选的慢性荨麻疹患者165例,采用随机方式,分为对照A组、对照B组和治疗组,对照A组予以盐酸左西替利嗪口服,对照B组予以金蝉止痒颗粒口服,治疗组予以金蝉止痒颗粒联合盐酸左西替利嗪口服,连续治疗4周,随访4周,观察复发情况。结果疗程结束后三组症状积分显著下降,对照A组总的痊愈率达29.6%,总有效率达72.2%;对照B组的痊愈率为28.6%,总有效率为67.9%;治疗组的痊愈率为38.2%,总有效率为96.4%,与对照A组、对照B组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。未见严重副反应。三组复发率分别为:43.5%、18.8%、19.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论金蝉止痒颗粒联合盐酸左西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床痊愈率高,复发率低,且不良反应发生率低,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。Objective To understand the clinical efficacy on chronic urticaria treated with jinchan zhiyang granules and levocetirizine dihydrochloride.Methods 165 cases of chronic urticaria were included and randomized into a control A group,a control B group and a treatment group.In the control A group,levocetirizine dihydrochloride was prescribed for oral administration.In the control B group,jinchan zhiyang granules were prescribed for oral administration.In the treatment group,jinchan zhiyang granules and levocetirizine dihydrochloride were combined for oral administration.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks and the follow-up visit for 4 weeks.The recurrence of the disease was observed.Results At the end of the treatment session,the symptom scores of three groups were all reduced significantly.The curative rate was 29.6% and the total effective rate was 72.2% in the control A group.The curative rate was 28.6% and the total effective rate was 67.9% in the control B group.The curative rate was 38.2% and the total effective rate was 96.4% in the treatment group.In the comparison of the treatment group with the control A group and the control B group,the differences were significant statistically（P0.05）.Conclusions The allied medication of jinchan zhiyang granules and levocetirizine dihydrochloride achieves the high clinical curative rate,the low reoccurrence rate and the low occurrence rate of side effects in the treatment of chronic urticaria.It is the safe and effective therapeutic method.
