循环流化床锅炉石灰石制备系统的选型与方案设计

摘　　要：结合某3×50MW机组循环流化床(CFB)锅炉日常燃用煤种、石灰石品质及用量要求,完成了石灰石制备系统的选型与方案设计。通过自行制备炉内脱硫用石灰石,发电企业可以有效控制成品石灰石粒径和品质,提高石灰石利用率,降低生产成本。Combined with requirements of quality and consumed quantity of daily used coal sort and limestone for CFB boilers of 3×50 MW units, the type selection and scheme design of the limestone preparation system have been completed. Through self - preparation timestone used for desulphuriza- tion in the furnace,the power plant can effectively control the particle size and quality of read - made limestione products, enhancing the utilization coefficient of limestone, reducing the production cost, providing reference for type selection and scheme design of limestone preparation system for similar urots.
