添加复合固硫剂后炉内固硫试验研究

摘　　要：在实验室水平管式炉及1 000MW机组锅炉上对添加以碱土金属Ca、Ba、Sr盐为主的复合固硫剂后炉内的固硫效果进行了研究,分析了复合固硫剂添加比例对固硫效率、灰分中SO3含量、硫分布特性和锅炉燃烧的影响。结果表明:复合固硫剂添加比例分别为0.5%、1%、2%时,在水平管式炉内固硫效率分别达到9.2%、22.4%、52.4%,在1 000MW机组锅炉的固硫效率分别达到6.6%、15.8%、23.6%。随复合固硫剂添加比例的增大,烟气中含硫量占炉前煤总硫量比例减小,灰分中含硫量占炉前煤总硫量比例加大,固硫效果显著。The effectiveness of sulpher fixation in the furnace after adding composite sulpher fixation a- gent which takes alkaline - earth metal Ca,Ba,Sr salt as the main components has been studied on the horizontal pipes＇ furnace in laboratory and in the boiler of 100 MW unit,the influence of adding ratio concerning composite sulpher fixation agent upon the sulpher fixation efficiency, the 803 content in fly ash,the sulpher distribution characteristics, and the combustion in boiler being analysised. Results show that the sulpher fixation efficiency in horizontal pipes＇ furnace reachs 9.2% ,22.4% ,and 52.4% respectively as the adding ratio of composite sulpher fixation agent being 0.5%, 1%, and 2% respec- tively,and teh sulpher fixation efficiency in boiler of 100 MW unit reaches 6.6%,15.8% ,and 23.6% respectively. Along with increasing teh adding ratio of composite sulpher fixation agent , the ratio of sulpher content in flue gas to the total sulpher in coal before entering teh furnace decreases, but the sulpher content in fly ash to the total sulpher in coal before entering the furnace increases,the effec- tiveness of sulpher fixation being remarkable.
