摘  要:以某台超超临界1 000MW机组的主蒸汽及主给水管道为例,根据DL/T 5072-2007《火力发电厂保温油漆设计规程》对管道保温层经济厚度随经济参数的变化进行分析。结果表明,热价的取值在15~25元/GJ时,可兼顾热经济性和管道布置;对于保温投资贷款年分摊率,计息年数取5年可减少其对保温经济厚度设计的影响。According to DL/T 5072-2007 Specification for Design of Insulation and Painting in Ther- mal Power Plant, the variations of economical thickness for pipe insulation was analysed ,with the eco- nomic parameter changing, and the main steam and feed -water pipeline of an ultra--supercritical 1000 MW unit was taken as an example. Results show that thermal economy and piping layout can both be considered when the heat price is between ¥15 and ¥25. Impact of the yearly apportion rate S of ther- mal insulation investment loan on the economical thickness of insulation layer design will be reduced if the interest period are selected as 5 years.
