摘 要:针对新疆米东热电厂300MW机组循环流化床(CFB)锅炉床温高、炉内温度不均、稀相区灰浓度低等问题,从总风量、流化风、入炉煤粒度、上下二次风、床压、播煤风等方面进行了燃烧调整试验。结果表明,通过增加总风量和入炉煤粒度、调节一次风和二次风量的配比等措施,在不增加一次风的情况下,可使平均床温由调整前的940℃降至910~920℃,锅炉热效率达到92.15%,效果显著。Directing against the problems occurred on one CFB boiler of 300 MW unit in Midong Ther- mal Power Plant,such as high bed temperature,non - uniform temperature in the furnace,and low ash concentration in the dilute- phase zone etc. ,a combustion adjustment test has been carried out in as- pects of total air,fluidizing air,particle size of coal entering into the furnace,secondary air at upper and lower levels, bed pressure, and coal - spreading air etc.. Results show that the measures taken, inclu- ding increasing the particle size of coal entering into the furnace, increasing the total air,adjusting the proportioning ratio of primary and secondary air etc. , can make the average bed temperature to de- crease from 940 ℃ before adjustment to 910-920 ℃ ,and making the thermal efficiency of boiler to reach 92.15 %, boasting remarkable effectiveness.
