摘 要:分析了蓄能降压联合一段吹管方式的技术要求,总结了某300 MW机组DG1089/17.4-Ⅱ1型循环流化床(CFB)锅炉吹管特点,包括:(1)吹管过程中燃油使用量大,投煤量小;(2)风烟系统阻力较大,系统压力梯度增加;(3)汽温受床温影响较大;(4)单次吹管持续时间较长。同时,给出了锅炉吹管过程中风烟系统、燃烧系统、给水系统的控制要点。The technical requirements of combined one section pipe - blowing mode with energy - sto- ring and pressure- reducing have been analysed, and the pipe- blowing parameters being calculated, and determind. The pipe -blowing features of a DG1089/17.4 -Ⅱ 1 type CFB boiler for one 300 MW u- nit have been summarized as in the following: (1)small amount of adjustment in air and flue gas sys- tems; (2)large consumption of fuel oil and little consumption of coal in the process of pipe- blowing; (3)the resistance in air and flue gas systems was larger increasing the pressure gradient in said sys- tems; (4)the steam temperature is more affected by the bed temperature; (5)the CFB boiler has larger thermal storage,the duration of single time pipe - blowing has to be longer. The key points of control in air and flue gas systems,as well as in combustion system and feed- water system are given.
