摘 要:将高密度混凝澄清技术应用于海水淡化的预处理工艺,并建立了中试装置,考察混凝剂量、污泥回流比及流量对混凝效果的影响。结果表明:当流量为2m3/h、混凝剂量为25mg/L、助凝剂量为0.15mg/L、污泥回流比为30%时,平均出水浊度为10NTU,除浊率达到94%以上;增大污泥回流比能够有效降低出水浊度;相对于微涡流混凝工艺,高密度混凝工艺出水浊度较低,出水水质较稳定,耐冲击负荷能力强。In order to use process of seawater desa high- density coagulation sedimentation technology into the pretreatment lination, a pilot test facility has been established, the influence of coagulant dosage, sludge recirculation rate and flow rate upon coagulation effectiveness being investigated, results show that as in the following:when the flow rate was 2 m^3/h,the dosage of coagulant was 25 mg/L, the dosage of coaglant was 25 mg/L,the dosage of coagulant aid was 0. 15 mg/L,and the sludge recir- culation rate was 30% ,the average turbidity of effluent water can be reduced to 10 NTU,the turbidity removal rate being more than 94% ;increasing the sludge recirculation ratio can evidently decrease the tubidity of effluent water;compared with the micro- whirling coagulation technology, the turbidity of effluent water in high -density coagulation technology was lower, the quality of effluent water was sta- bler, and the impulse load resistant ability was strong.
