吉林省西部特色经济区服务业跨越发展的基本对策

摘　　要：加快服务业发展是当今产业发展的大趋势,对于经济相对落后的吉林省西部而言,在建设特色经济区的过程中实现服务业跨越发展十分重要。本文分析了吉林省西部地区跨越发展中面临的困难和存在的主要问题,进而提出其实现跨越的基本对策。Quickening the development of service industry is the industry development situation,relatively backward to economy in the west of Jilin Province,in the construction of Special Economic Zone in the process of realizing the spanning development in the service industry is very important.We fully understand the development basis and development opportunity foundation,through in-depth analysis of spanning development in the difficulties and problems,and put forward the implementation spans the basic countermeasures：one should establish modern industry concept,strengthening the Jilin western characteristic economy service industry development strategy guide;two should be clear ＂two the wheel＂ work together,＂a pair of wings＂ took off at the same time the development of ideas;three should be around ＂characteristic＂ article,highlight the main industry,service industry layout;the four should promote service industry infrastructure,building development in the foundation of the technology;five services should optimize the talent policy,the implementation of talent cultivation project.
