摘 要:蓄淡水库和引排工程是滩涂资源开发利用的基础设施。针对现有围堤工程与蓄淡、引排工程建设脱节,导致重复开挖回填,投资和土地占用增加等问题,提出将围堤修筑与蓄淡水库、引排工程建设相结合的理念,将围堤取土形成的取土坑作为引排河道、蓄淡水库使用。在此基础上,拟开展与围垦土方平衡和生态相适应的河道规划模式与断面优化设计,以及高钠盐粉砂土道坡面防护技术、与围垦施工相结合的平原水库的施工流程及工艺等研究,为沿海滩涂大规模围垦和开发利用提供理论和技术支撑。The freshwater-storage reservoirs and diversion projects are the infrastructures for development and utilization of tidal flats in Jiangsu Province.The construction of the existing reclamation dikes is disconnected with that of freshwater-storage and diversion projects,resulting in redundant construction of excavation and backfill and increase of investment and land occupation.This study presents the concept of combining dike construction and freshwater-storage reservoirs and diversion projects,and the pits formed by dike construction are adopted for use of diversion channels and freshwater-storage reservoirs.Based on the concept,the following items are carried out: planning modes of river channels and optimal design of sections corresponding to the earthwork equilibrium between reclamation dikes and diversion projects and the ecological environment,slope protection techniques of high salt powder sand soil and construction process and technology of plain reservoirs combining with construction of reclamation dikes.The research achievements will provide theoretical and technical support for the large-scale development and utilization of tidal flats.
