生态型围垦的内涵、技术和评价体系的研究进展

摘　　要：沿海地区,尤其是沿海港口城市,土地资源日趋紧缺,滩涂围垦是解决土地资源紧缺的重要举措。为了协调围垦开发与生态环境保护之间的矛盾,生态型围垦的理念应运而生,其内容也在实践中不断得到扩展。基于生态保护优先的理念,探讨了生态型围垦的内涵和意义,对生态型围垦技术、生态型围垦的评价体系等方面的研究成果进行了分析和评述,在此基础上对进一步开展生态型围垦提出建议。In coastal areas,especially coastal port cities,the land resources have been increasingly short,and the coastal reclamation has become an important measure to solve the shortage of the land resources.To relieve the contradiction between the reclamation development and the ecological protection,the idea of the ecological reclamation has been emerged at the historic moment,and its contents have been extended from its practices.Based on the idea of ecological protection priority,the concept and significance of the ecological reclamation are discussed.The research results of technology and evaluation system of the ecological reclamation are analyzed and reviewed.On this basis,some suggestions are given on further development of the ecological reclamation.
