摘　　要：社会中心范式下的农民上访研究对我们理解农民上访的发生、组织机制和行为特征颇有价值,但这些研究存在只有社会而无国家、偏重解读而忽视解释以及受意识形态影响过大等不足,致使理论上难以取得重大突破。为拓展农民上访研究空间,需要引入国家的视角,在国家与社会互动、国家对社会的建构和塑造中深化对农民上访问题的理解。Although the research under Soeiety-Centric Paradigm is rence, organizational mechanism and behavioral characteristics of peasan useful for us to understand the occur- t petition, there are some deficiencies in it, such as only a society without the state, emphasizing on interpretation but neglecting explaination, great- ly being influenced by ideology and so on. All these make the theory difficult to get great breakthrough. In or- der to expand the space of peasant petition study, we should introduce the perspective of the state in it. And then we can deepen the explanation of peasant petition study in interactive relations between the state and the society, the construction of state to the society.
