摘　　要：FLEX已经成为RIA的主要开发技术,可以通过Parsley、mate等IOC框架提高开发质量,但缺少通用的FLEX的开发框架。首先阐述了FLEX技术与传统WEB开发技术的区别,以及当前FLEX常用框架的特点。针对FLEX技术的特点,文中提出了基于FLEX的通用框架的设计原理、层次结构,拥有认证服务、基础信息维护服务、监控服务、通信代理服务、缓存服务,具有低入侵性、高扩展性、易维护的优点。最后,给出了基于框架的部分实现和基于该通用框架的设计原则,以提高设计人员的设计质量。FLEX has been main development technology of RIA,the system quality is improved by Parsley,mate framework and so on, but laces FLEX common development framework. First, it introduces the difference between FLEX technology and tradition WEB application developing, features of related frmnework on now. Propose a design idea and hierarchy structure of common information system. It has properties of authentication service, basic information maintenance services,communications agent service and cache service,has many advantages such as low invasive,high scalability and maintainability. Finally,describe partial implementation based on the framework and some design principles to help developments enhance design quality.
