面向服务的高校人事档案管理系统的应用研究

摘　　要：以"聘用制"逐渐代替"终生制"的高校人事制度改革已使当前的高校人事档案管理系统存在管理上困难。据此在SOA架构的层次模型的基础上,提出了面向服务的高校人事档案管理系统的体系结构,实现了对原有系统资源的整合和共享。以功能分析和业务流程分析为基础,探讨了系统的共享资源库的建立方法和服务接口的设计问题。最后,对该系统的具体实现进行了设计,提出了利用JMS和WESB进行实现的解决方案。该系统的提出和应用将有利于高校人事档案管理的资源整合,提高管理水平和工作效率。Now colleges and universities personnel reform has led to the difficulties of the old personnel management system. To solve the problems,a service-oriented university personnel records management system architecture was proposed on the basic of SOA （ Service- Oriented Architecture） hierarchical model. The key technologies about the establishing method of resources sharing and the design issues of the services interface was elaborated in detailed. Finally,the system has been designed and realized. In the process,the solution to utilize the technologies of JMS （ Java Message Set＇vice） and WESB （ WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus） was proposed. The establishing of the system will improve university personnel records management efficiency and realize reds sharing.
