摘　　要：介绍了国产多圆盘过滤机的结构、原理及应用。该设备不仅用于纸机抄造过程富余白水的回收,而且也适用于化机浆、废纸浆等制浆生产线中的浆料浓缩,根据浆料特点与工艺特性应有不同的组合工艺,该设备运行可靠和操作控制简便。用于白水回收时,具有纤维回收率高、实现水循环利用、降低耗水量、消除白水排放污染等特点;用于浆料浓缩时,具有清滤液澄清度高、可循环利用、节约水资料等特点。The structure, principle and the application of multi-disc filter made domestic were introduced. This filter suitable for not only paper machine whitewater, but also the stock concentration whitewater of chemi-mechanical pulp and pulp from waste paper, has the characteristics of reliability in running, convenient in operation according to the different process combined. It has the characteristic of high fiber recovery rate, realizing water circulation use and eliminating whitewater pollution when it is applied in whitewater recovery; it has also the characteristics of high filtrate clearity, recycle use and water consumption reduced when it is used in stock concentration.
