摘　　要：介绍了广西制糖产业概况、再制造概念及其对制糖产业的重要意义,重点介绍焊接技术在制糖机械再制造中的应用。再制造技术包括无损检测、焊接、电弧喷涂、电刷镀、振动时效等技术,其中焊接技术(含方法、材料和工艺)在制糖机械废旧产品的再制造中起到关键作用。列出制糖机械常见的废旧产品及其适用的焊接技术情况,在使用过程中发生频率最高的几种损坏形式,如压榨机辊轴轴颈磨损和压榨机撕解机刀磨损等,采用焊接技术使其成为再制造产品即恢复其使用功能。提出了发展广西制糖机械再制造须解决的主要问题。This paper briefly describes the overview of Guangxi sugar industry,the manufacturing concept and the importance of the sugar industry,and highlights the application of welding technology in the sugar machinery remanufacturing.Remanufacturing technology, including non -destructive testing, welding, are spraying, plating, VSR and other technology, among them,welding techniques, including methods, materials, and processes, play a key role in the waste product of sugar machinery remanufacturing.It not only lists the sugar machinery common waste products and their application in welding technology,but also lists the highest frequency of occurrence in the course of several damaged forms, such as the presses roll shaft journal wear and presses tear solution machine knife wear, welding techniques make it a re-manufactured product,namely,to restore its function.In addition,it answers the main problems in the development of sugar machinery remanufacturing of Guangxi sugar industry.
