摘  要:为阳雀花根的开发利用提供理论依据,取昆明种小鼠,用阳雀花根提取物15g/(kg.d)、10g/(kg.d)和5g/(kg.d)灌胃给药,每日1次,连续灌胃7d,进行了小鼠在常压缺氧、低压缺氧、亚硝酸钠所致组织中毒缺氧、急性脑缺血和结扎小鼠双侧颈总动脉所致脑缺血试验,观察阳雀花根提取物对小鼠存活时间的影响。结果表明:小鼠连续灌胃15g/(kg.d)、10g/(kg.d)阳雀花根提取物对小鼠在常压缺氧、减压缺氧、亚硝酸钠所致组织中毒缺氧、急性脑和结扎双侧颈动脉缺血条件下的存活时间均有显著或极显著延长作用,即具有显著或极显著的抗缺氧和缺血作用。Mice were fed with 15 g/(kg·d),10 g/(kg·d)and 5 g/(kg ~ d)water extract from roots of C. sinica for seven days respectively to study the effect of water extract from roots of C. sinica on mouse's survival time under the condition of normal pressure, low pressure and tissue hypoxia, acute cerebral isehemia and anoxemia and to provide the theoretical basis for development and utilization. The results showed that the survival time of mice fed with15 g/(kg·d)or 10 g/(kg ~ d) under the condition of normal pressure, low pressure and tissue hypoxia, acute cerebral ischemia and anoxemia was prolonged very significantly or significantly. Which indicated that the water extract from roots of C. sinica was of significant or very significant tolerance to ischemia and anoxemia
