摘 要:为探讨桃果实生长发育规律,为栽培措施的制定和最佳采收期的确定提供理论依据,以艳红桃果实为试材,研究了果实发育过程中果实大小、可溶性糖、可滴定酸、超氧化物歧化酶、抗坏血酸、丙二醛含量等的动态变化。结果表明:艳红桃果实单果重与纵横径生长趋势基本一致,果实在盛花后25~55d生长速度缓慢,55d至成熟期间生长迅速,生长趋势表现为明显的双"S"形曲线;在整个生长发育过程中,可溶性糖含量总体呈上升趋势,可滴定酸含量整体表现为下降趋势,抗坏血酸的含量呈先上升后下降而后又上升的趋势;其间,细胞膜脂发生过氧化,表现为丙二醛含量不断上升,且后期升高较快,而超氧化物歧化酶活力则基本保持快速增加的趋势。In order to discuss the growth rules of peach fruits, provide the theoretical basis for formulating cultural practice and ensuring the best harvest time. Taking A. persica as experimental materials, the dynamic changes of fruit size and contents of soluble sugar, titratable acid, SOD, Vc and MDA were analyzed. The results showed that the weight of single fruit and fruit length and breadth changed consistently. During fruit development stage, the growth curves of fruit length and breadth were "double S" shapes in A. persica. The fruits in 25 days to 55 days after blooming date increased slowly, however, 55 days to fruit ripening increased quickly; The soluble sugar level increased with the growth of the fruit; The titratable acid level presented the trend of falling with the growth of the fruit; The contents of Vc presented uptrend at first, and then decreased along with peach fruit development; The MDA content increased with the fruit development, and increased quickly at the ripening stage; The SOD activity increased all the time.
