以诚信建设推动农村经济社会发展——贵州省清镇市“诚信农民建设”的探索与实践

摘　　要：诚实守信是社会主义市场经济的基石,是社会主义荣辱观的重要内容,是促进社会和谐、有序发展的必然要求。贵州省清镇市率先在全国开展了"诚信农民建设"活动,科学的构建了诚信农民建设的基本体系,出台各种政策、措施不断将诚信建设落到实处,目前已卓有成效。深入了解清镇市诚信农民建设的具体方法,学习这种创新发展模式,能给西部贫困地区的发展带来新的借鉴和思路,进而推动我国农村经济社会又好又快的发展。Honesty and trustworthiness is the cornerstone of socialist market economy, it＇ s also an important content of socialist concept of honor and disgrace, it is the inevitable demand to promote the harmonious and orderly development of society. Qingzhen City, the first farmers in the country launched a credit - building activities , and scientific integrity of the farmers to build a basic system construction, and the introduction of various policies and measures will continue to implement the building of integrity, excellence has been taken to some results. In - depth understanding of Qingzhen town of specific methods of construction of honest farmers, learning this innovative development model, we hope it can bring new ideas of reference to the poor western region, which in order to promote sound and rapid rural economic and social development.
