摘  要:研究了茶新那敏包衣片的含量测定方法.采用紫外分光光度法,以0.01mol·L-1氢氧化钠溶液为溶剂,在无水茶碱最大吸收波长275nm处测定含量;以0.1mol·L-1盐酸溶液为溶剂,在盐酸溴己新最大吸收波长311nm处测定含量的方法.结果显示氨茶碱与盐酸溴己新浓度与吸光度均呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999).平均回收率氨茶碱为100.8%,RSD=0.48%(n=6);盐酸溴己新为101.1%,RSD=0.82%(n=6).从而得出结论,紫外分光光度法可作为茶新那敏包衣片的含量测定,其不影响原质量标准中氨茶碱和盐酸溴己新含量测定结果.Objective: To study a method for the determination of aminophylline bromhexine and chlorphenamine coat tablets. Methods: Aminophylline in 0.01mol · L 1 sodium hydroxide and bromhexine hydrochloride in 0.1mol · L 1 hydrochloride acid show maixmum absorption at 275nm and 311 nm respectively. UV spectrophotometry for the determination of aminophylline and bromhexine hydrochloride in aminophylline bromhexine and ehlorphenamine coat tablets is described. Results: The calibration curves of the two components had good lineal relationship ( r = 0. 9999). The average recovery of aminophylline and bromhexine hydrochloride was (100.8±0.48)% with RSD=0.48 %(n=6) and (101.1±0.82)% with RSD= 0.82 V0 (n = 6), respectively. Conclusions: UV spectrophotometry can be used for the determination of aminophylline bromhexine and ehlorphenamine coat tablets, and determination results of aminophyltine and bro- mhexine hydrochloride had no effect by raw drug standard after aminophylline bromhexine and chlorphenamine tablets was coated.
