摘  要:综述了国内外工业上环己烷氧化制环己醇和环己酮的技术现状和最新进展。指出现有工艺存在的问题,重点分析了环己烷绿色氧化的氧化剂及催化剂的选择,并对仿生催化氧化法的应用前景进行了展望,指出通过新的催化氧化体系,得到高醇酮选择性和高环己烷转化率,实现清洁生产是技术开发的研究方向。The current situation and progress on the domestically and foreign industrial preparation of cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone by cyclohexane oxidation was reviewed.There were still many problems unsolved in various techniques.It was emphasized that the selection of oxidants and catalysis in cyclohexane green oxidation was analyzed in detail.Furthermore,the application prospects of biomimetic catalytic oxidation method were looked forward.It was outlined that improving the cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone selectivity,raising cyclohexane conversion rate,and realizing the clean production by using new catalytic oxidation system was the prospective direction of technology development.
