氟苯尼考双混悬型乳剂对猪沙门氏菌病的疗效试验

摘　　要：为了研究氟苯尼考双混悬型乳剂的临床治疗效果,确定该新制剂的治疗剂量及使用间隔时间,建立体重为12±1.5kg的大约克小肥猪沙门氏菌人工感染病理模型,以氟苯尼考注射液为对照组,肌肉注射氟苯尼考双混悬型乳剂高(30mg/kg·bw)、中(20mg/kg·bw)和低(10mg/kg·bw)剂量组开展临床治疗与观察。结果所有试验组治疗率均在70%以上,高剂量组显著高于低剂量组和药物对照组(p<0.05),中剂量组显著高于药物对照组(p<0.05)。因此,氟苯尼考双混悬型乳剂中剂量组(20mg/kg·bw)3d给药1次,连续2次可以达到良好的治疗效果。In order to explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Dual Suspension Emulsion of Florfenicol（DSEF） and determine the medication regimen, The swine Salmonella artificial infection model of Yorkshire castrated pigs of 12±1.5kg body weight was established. The Florfenicol Injection（FI） was used as the control group and the high （ 30mg / kg·bw ）, （ 20mg / kg·bw ） and low dose （ 10mg / kg·bw ） group of DSEF were used for clinical treatment and observation.The results show that the treatment rates of all the test group were 70% above ; high dose group was higher than that in low dose group and drug control group （P 〈 0.05） and middle dose group was higher than that in drug control group （P 〈 0.05）. Therefore, the medication regimen of DSEF for middle dose group （20mg/kg·bw） 3d/times and 2 times in a row was a good treatment.
