摘  要:目的了解大学生认知易感性和抑郁症状发生之间的关系。方法以某医学院校1 498名临床专业大学生为研究对象,采用抑郁量表,归因方式、应对方式和功能失调性态度问卷对其进行问卷调查。结果大学生抑郁症状检出率为12.5%,抑郁症状评分与功能失调性态度评分之间呈正相关(P<0.01);与应对方式中的解决问题和求助两个维度评分之间呈负相关(均有P<0.01),而与应对方式中的自责、幻想、退避和合理化四个维度评分之间呈正相关(均有P<0.01);抑郁症状评分与归因方式中的消极外归因评分之间呈现负相关(均有P<0.01)。结论大学生抑郁症状与应对方式、功能失调性态度和归因方式存在密切关联,改善学生的认知易感性有助于降低其抑郁症状的发生。Objective To know the prevalence of cognitive vulnerability and depressive symptoms among the col- lege students. Methods A total of 1 498 students who came from a program of clinical medicine in a medical university were selected in this survey. The students were asked to answer the center for epidemiological survey depression scale (CES-D), attributional style questionnaire, coping style questionnaire, dysfunctional attitudes scales(DAS). Results The prevalence of depression was 12.5% among the college students. The scores of depressive symptoms had a significant positive correlation with DAS, had a significant negative positive correlation with resolving question and recourse of coping style(both P〈0. 01 ), had a significant positive correlation with self-abuse, fantasy, wince and rationalization of coping style ( all P〈0. 01 ). There was a significant negative correlation of scores between depressive symptoms and passive external attribution of attributional style ( all P〈0. 01 ). Conclusions Depressive symptoms among the college students had a strong relationship with coping style, dysfunctional attitudes and attributional style. Improving cognitive vulnerability might contribute to reduce the incidence of depressive symptoms among college students.
