佛山市65岁及以上居民两周患病情况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解佛山市65岁及以上居民健康状况和卫生需求,为制定相关卫生政策提供参考依据。方法利用多阶段分层系统抽样方法,采用自制问卷进行调查,调查内容主要包括居民的个人基本信息、两周患病情况及其相关影响因素等。结果共调查6 014人,自报两周内患病者为1 825人,两周患病率为30.3%。不同性别、婚姻状况、文化程度、职业和是否患有慢性病的研究对象两周患病率差异均有统计学意义(均有P﹤0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,女性(OR=1.226,95%CI:1.034～1.425)、婚姻状况(丧偶)(OR=1.202,95%CI:1.052～1.373)、患有慢性病(OR=7.658,95%CI:6.413～9.751)为佛山市65岁及以上居民两周患病的危险因素。结论佛山市65岁及以上居民两周患病率较高,应开展相关卫生服务项目,以提高其健康水平。Objective To investigate the health state and health need of 65 years old and above, so as to provide scientific references for formulating the corresponding health policy. Methods The residents were selected by multistage stratified cluster sampling method, and the data were collected by using self-made questionnaire. The investigated contents included basic information of individuals, two-week diseased situation and related factors, etc. Results Totally 6 014 residents were investigated, amounted to 1 825 people were signed up for two weeks disease, and the two-week morbidity rate was 30.3%. The differences of two-week morbidity rate between different gender, marital status, educational level, occupation and suffered from chronic disease or not had statistical significance, respectively. The result of Logistic regression analysis showed that the following factors were significantly associated with the effect：female （OR = 1. 226,95 % CI：I. 034- 1.425） , widowhood（OR= 1. 202,95% CI：1.052-1.373） and suffered from chronic disease（OR=7. 658,95% C1：6.413- 9.751 ）. Conclusions The prevalence rate of the residents aged 65 years old and above in Foshan City is high. So related health service projects should be undertaken to improve their health.
