摘  要:目的评价TR Band止血带与Medplus止血带在经桡动脉冠状动脉介入(TRI)术后应用的效果。方法将198例经桡动脉冠状动脉介入治疗的患者按随机数字表法分为TR Band组(100例)和Medplus止血带组(98例)。2组患者均按Seldinger法穿刺成功后置入6F动脉鞘,分别行冠状动脉造影及冠状动脉介入治疗。术毕退出鞘管,分别用TR Band止血带和Medplus止血带压迫穿刺点。对2组患者穿刺点出血、周围皮肤损伤、手腕指肢肿胀情况及患者舒适度进行比较。结果 TR Band组穿刺点出血、周围皮肤损伤和穿刺点未愈情况与Medplus组比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。TR Band组自觉舒适度程度低于Medplus组、手腕指肢肿胀情况高于Medplus组(均P<0.05)。结论 2种止血带均能有效止血,但Medplus桡动脉止血带更少出现远端肢体肿胀,弹性带的设计更增加患者的舒适度。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and security of TR band tourniquet and Medplus tourniquet after transradial coronary intervention(TRI). Methods A total of 198 pa- tients undergoing TRI were randomized to TR Band tourniquet group (n = 100) and Medplus tourniquet group(n=98). Arteries were punctured using the Seldinger technique. Coronary angi- ography and coronary intervention procedures were generally performed through 6 F sheaths, which were removed after operation. TR Band tourniquet and Medplus tourniquet were used to oppress puncture points in the two groups, respectively. Bleeding at puncture site, skin injury, swelling of wrist and limb, patient comfort, and unhealed condition of puncture point were com- pared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in bleeding, skin in- jury and unhealed condition of puncture point between the two groups(all P〉0.05). Compared with TR Band tourniquet group, patient comfort and distal limb swelling were obviously improved in Medplus tourniquet group(all P〈0.05). Conclusion Both TR band tourniquet and Medplus tourniquet are effective in stopping bleeding,but Medplus tourniquet is superior to TR band tour- niquet for reducing distal limb swelling and increasing patient comfort.
