天东90井气田水管线结垢原因分析

摘　　要：针对天东90井气田水管线结垢现象,从微观及宏观上研究了气田水结垢的形成机理,结合生产实际情况对该井气田水结垢的主要原因及主导因素进行了分析并得出结论:认为气田水矿化度高及压力变化导致CO2逸出是天东90井气田水管线结垢的主要原因。在此基础上对防止气田水结垢措施进行了探讨,提出了合理建议。According to the scaling in gasfield water pipeline of Tiandong 90 well,we study the forming mechanism of scaling from a micro and macro perspective.The major causes and dominant factors of the scaling are analyzed.Then,the conclusion is drawn: both high salinity of water and pressure change leading to CO2 escape is the major cause.On the basis,the measures of preventing the scaling are explored and some reasonable suggestions are proposed.
