摘 要:采用厌氧 ABR反应器与好氧 -缺氧 ICEAS反应器串联工艺处理养猪场冲栏废水 .在无外加碱度条件下 ,由于进水中的碱度不够补偿硝化过程中碱度的消耗 ,而使 ICEAS反应器中的 p H降低至 5.5左右 ,严重抑制了硝化细菌和亚硝化细菌的活性 ,导致了 NH+4- N的去除率小于 60 %,出水中 NH+4- N的浓度为 60 0 mg/L左右 ,无法达到排放标准 .在外加 Ca CO3 ( 3.9g/L )的条件下 ,NH+4- N去除率达 97%,出水中 NH+4- N浓度为 43mg/L左右 ,COD总去除率达 95.5%,出水中 COD浓度为 2 50The treatment of wastewater from piggeries was studied by using anaerobic ABR reactor and aerobic anoxic ICEAS reactor in series in lab. Under the condition of no extra alkalinity added to the influent of ICEAS, as the alkalinity in the influent was not enough to compensate the alkalinity consumed in the process of nitrification, the pH in the ICEAS reactor then went down to about 5.5. Since the lower pH inhibited the bioactivity of bacteria for nitrification, the NH + 4-N removal efficiency was less than 60% and the NH + 4-N concentration in the effluent was about 600 mg/L which can not meet the Shanghai Discharge Standard for Piggery Wastewater. Under the condition of extra alkalinity CaCO 3(3.9 g/L) added to the influent of ICEAS, the removal efficiency of NH + 4-N reached 97%, the NH + 4-N concentration in the effluent was about 43 mg/L, the total COD removal efficiency arrived at 95.5% and the COD concentration in the effluent was about 250 mg/L, which all can meet the Shanghai Discharge Standard for piggery waste water (NH + 4-N<80 mg/L,COD<360 mg/L).
