摘  要:教学案例的合理选择对肾内科学教学中开展以问题为基础的学习(Problem—based leaning,PBL)具有重要意义。中国医科大学附属第一医院。肾内科教研室从2004年开始进行PBL教学改革,在实践中认识到,教学案例的选择要能够满足学科内部知识点的衔接,能够促进临床与基础学科间的整合,能够与多个教学目标相匹配。随着医学教学改革的不断深化、教学理念的适时转变,新型教学技术与手段的相继引入,肾内科学PBL教学案例的选择与开发也应与时俱进。The reasonable selection of teaching cases is very important in performing PBL in department of nephrology. The department of nephrology in the first affiliated hospital of China medical university has practiced PBL teaching reform from 2004. It was recognized that the selection of teaching cases should meet the joint of the key knowledge of subjects, should be able to promote the conformity between clinical and basic subjects, and should be able to match with a number of teaching objectives. With the deepening of teaching reform and the transformation of teaching philosophy, PBL teaching ca- ses in nephrology should also be advanced with the updated development.
