摘　　要：通过对大学生"村官"的实地调查和访谈,分析了大学生"村官"的工作与思想现状,探究了其工作与思想中所存在的问题,提出了分别在大学生"村官"的入口、作用发挥和出口3个方面的路径探索,从而实现为农村培养人才、留住人才和大学生"村官"个人科学发展的有机统一,努力把大学生"村官"培养成为社会主义新农村建设骨干力量和党政干部后备人才。With on-sport visit and interview with the college student rural cadres,their working situation and ideology status are discussed and simultaneously,the problems existing in their work and ideology are analyzed in details,proposing some solutions to them in three aspects of required qualities,function exertion and prospects of a qualified college student rural cadre so as to realize the organic unification in the rural cadre training-up for villages,talent attractiveness and personal development prospects,and promote the construction of new socialist countryside and the talent reserve of the party and government cadres.
