摘　　要：在研究土地节约集约利用基本理论的基础上,得出了保障土地资源的最佳利用、努力做到土地资源合理使用、确保生态安全等三点启示。通过对土地受容力的阐述,研究了土地报酬运动中粗放边际和集约边际,进而提出了土地节约集约利用的四种方法、五个机制和六大途径。Based on the study on basic theories of economical and intensive utilization of land,this paper concludes three enlightenments of ensuring optimal use of land resource,making proper use of the land resource and ensuring ecological safety.Through the elaboration of the land capacity,this paper studies the extensive and intensive margins in land return and proposes four methods,five mechanisms and six approaches for economical and intensive utilization of land.
