摘　　要：安徽农业大学大学生村官积极响应国家号召、服务农村基层,为基层组织注入了活力,带动了一方农民致富,促进了当地精神文明建设,得到了当地村民的认可,这是学校始终坚持服务"三农"的办学理念,引导学生"学农、爱农、事农"的结果。结合调查结果,对大学生村官政策中如何进一步完善选拔机制、加强培训指导、做好合理流动等提出建议,并就当前大学生村官如何树立正确观念、服务农村基层、不断加强自身学习等方面提出思考。The college graduate village officials from Anhui Agricultural University have actively responded to the country＇s appeals, served and enriched the development of rural areas. They＇ve helped farmers get rich, promoted the local construction of spiritual civilization, and got the acknowledgement of farmers. All these achievements are attributed to the university＇s educational model of serving ＂agriculture, countryside and farmers＂ and teaching philosophy of ＂study agriculture, love agriculture, practice agriculture＂. On the basis of investigation this article puts forward a few suggestions on how to improve the selection mechanism, strengthen the training and guidanee and promote the reasonable exchange of positions, and also raises some questions on how to establish correct concept, serve the countryside and strengthen the college graduate village officials＇ learning.
