摘 要:基于烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)乳液的防水性和柔软性,将AKD用于TG5601有机氟防水剂的增效作用。研究了所制备的AKD乳液的稳定性以及AKD乳液与TG5601乳液复合的整理效果,比较了水洗前后织物的防水性、防油性、接触角及撕破强度的变化。研究结果表明:AKD乳液能明显降低TG5601乳液的表面张力,提高TG5601的防水和防油整理效果和耐水洗性,而且织物的撕破强力也得到了明显提高。The synergies of the alkyl ketene dimer(AKD)emulsion in the organic fluorine water repellent TG5601 based on its weatherproof and softness is discussed in the paper. By studying the stability of the AKD emulsion prepared as well as the finishing effects of the AKD emulsion compositing with TG5601, it compares the changes of waterproof, oil repellent, contact angle and tear strength before and after washing. The results indicate that the AKD emulsion can significantly reduce the surface tension of TG5601 as well as increase the effects of water and oil repellent and water resistance. In addition, it also improves the tear strength of the polyester fabric.
