摘　　要：目的探讨Disc-FX系统经皮腰椎髓核摘除、射频消融术治疗包容性腰椎间盘突出症的近期疗效。方法对36例患者进行回顾性分析。结果 36例患者术后JOA评分系统评分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)及疼痛功能指数评分(Oswestry 2.0)较术前明显改善(P<0.01)。结论 Disc-FX系统是治疗包容性腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。Objective To investigate short-term effect of percutaneous discectomy combined with radiofrequency ablation with Disc-FX on contained lumbar disc herniation. Methods 36 patients were reviewed and followed up with Japanese Orthopaedic Association score （JOA score）, the Visual Analogue Score （VAS） and Oswestry score for 12 months. Results The scores of JOA score, VAS and Oswestry im- proved significantly （P〈0.01） after operation. Conclusion Percutaneous discectomy combined with radiofrequency ablation with Disc-FX is effective on contained lumbar disc herniation.
