新麻滴鼻剂的抗菌作用及稳定性研究

摘　　要：新霉素麻黄素滴鼻剂配方是根据鼻咽癌患者放射治疗后出现的炎症、充血、水肿,鼻塞等放射反应而设计的,临床试用有明显抗菌、消肿、消炎和改变鼻分泌物排出等作用。应用微生物纸片法测定了新麻滴鼻液各组成间配制后的抗菌作用和不同条件贮存后的稳定性。实验证明新麻滴鼻剂对金葡菌及大肠杆菌抑菌作用超过呋麻滴鼻液,放置后抗菌效价稳定。Naristilla neomycin et ephedrini composita wasdesigned for combating imflammation, congestion.edema and nasal obstruction after radiation forpatients with nasopharyngead carcinoma. After radiation there were obvious bactericidalcounteract imflammation, subsidence of swellingand change of discharge of nasal mucus in clinictrial. Naristilla neomycini et ephedrini compositionwas determined with microbe-paper for bactericidalaction of different composition and stability ofstorage in different conditions. The results showedthat naristilla neomycini et ephedrini composita incombating staphylococcu anreus and colibacillus issuperior to naristilla furacillini et ephedrini. Long-term storage will never change the stability ofpotency of bacterial action and curative effect.
