电针不同刺激参数对单纯性肥胖患者减肥效应与胰岛素抵抗的影响临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电针不同刺激参数对单纯性肥胖患者相关指标及胰岛素抵抗的影响,以此探讨针刺减肥的最佳刺激参数,为临床治疗肥胖症提供科学有效的参考。方法:将80例单纯性肥胖症患者随机分为低频电针组和高频电针组各40例,两组主穴以中脘、天枢、腹结、大横、梁丘、足三里、上巨虚等为主,接通电针,高频组频率为100Hz,低频组频率为50Hz,疏密波,强度以患者能够耐受为度,对其相关指标及胰岛素抵抗的影响进行观察。结果:治疗前后两组相关指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);高频电针组和低频电针组近期临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高频电针组和低频电针组对单纯性肥胖患者均有较好的临床疗效,对胰岛素抵抗亦有良好的改善作用,高频电针组疗效更佳。Objective： To observe the EA stimulation parameters related indicators of obese patients and insulin resistance, explore acupuncture weight loss the optimal stimulation parameters in order to provide scientific and effective methods for the clinical treatment of obesity. Methods： 80 cases with simple obesity in accordance with the principles of randomization, low-frequency electro-acupuncture group and the high-frequency electro-acupuncture group of 40 cases. The main points of the two groups were taken Zhongwan, Tianshu, abdominal junction, a large cross, Liang Qiu, Zusanli, Shangjuxu, mainly. Connected to electro-acupuncture, high-frequency group frequency was 100 Hz, the low group frequency ws 50 Hz, density waves, the intensity that patients could tolerate the degree. Its related indicators and insulin resistance were observed. Results： The index difference of each group before and after treatment were significantly different（P〈0.05）. The high-frequency electro-acupuncture group and the low-frequency electro-acupuncture group term clinical efficacy, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The high-frequency electro- acupuncture group, and low frequency electrical acupuncture group of obese patients have better clinical efficacy, also are good to improve the role of insulin resistance, the better efficacy of high-frequency electro-acupuncture group.
