摘　　要：本检测系统主要是根据汽车组合开关技术条件对雨刮开关规定的雨刮间隙时间、洗涤滞后时间及洗涤连动时间参数的定义,采用PIC16F84单片机为中央处理器对多个继电器的动作时序进行控制,采用光电耦合器电路来模拟被测电路板在实际工作环境的工作开关信号,把该模拟信号转换成矩形脉冲信号送入PIC16F84处理,对电路板的时间参数自动检测及结果判断,检测结果由PIC16F84通过串行通讯传送给MAX7219驱动器,再将数据显示在8位LED数码管上。本检测系统具有检测精度高、人机界面好、生产效率高的特点,该检测系统为同类产品初步提供了一些测试设计准则和经验。This test system is according to the parameter defination and technical condition of wipe interval, wash lag time and wash cont. time of automotive combined switch, the singleehip of PIC16F84 is regarded as the central processing unit, and the movement time or- der of multi-relay shall be controlled, the photoeleetricity coupling circuit is adopted to simulate the signal of the work switch PCB to be tested in actual vehicle condition, it transfers the simulated signal into the rectangle pulse signal and enters it into PIC16F84, judging result of time parameter automatic-test for PCB, the test result is transferred to the driver of MAX7219 by PIC16F84 via serial communication, and the data shall be displayed on LED nixie tube with 8 bit. This test system has high inspection precision, good human-machine interface and high pro- duction efficiency, this test system supplied preliminarily some design criterion and experience for similar products.
