摘　　要：电子教案是借助信息技术手段对教学目的、教学内容、教学过程、教学策略的一种数字化的设计与实现。本文阐述了电子教案的涵义及存在问题,探讨了电子教案质量评价的指导思想及原则,提出了电子教案质量评价指标体系的内容、等级、评分标准及实施的方法步骤,为促进课堂教学质量的提高提供了参考依据。The electronic teaching plan is a design and implementation to digitalize the teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching processes and teaching strategies by means of information technology.The paper elaborates the connotation and characteristics of electronic teaching plan,analyzes its guidelines and principles,and puts forward the content,grade,rating standards of electronic teaching plan quality evaluation index system and its methods and steps of implementation,which offer reference to promote the teaching quality.
