摘　　要：非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变(Non-arteritic Anterior Ischaemic Optic Neuropathy,NAION)是一种多因素致病的眼病,尽可能消除或减轻任何引起NAION的相关因素以预防该病的发生和减轻病变程度尤为重要。中医认为NAION属于暴盲或视瞻昏渺范畴,主要病机为"气滞血瘀,脉络瘀阻",从络病理论论治NAION,并探讨NAION多双眼发病及预后差的病因病机。NAION is an eye disease caused by a variety of factors, it is very important to eliminate or reduce the factors that causes NAION.Chinese medicine believes that NAION belongs to Baomang or Shizhan Hunmiao areas, NAION was treated from the perspective of collateral disease theory, and the etiology and pathogenesis of NAION were explored.
