服用中药后呕吐分析

摘　　要：笔者在临床上观察到有时患者服用中药后会出现呕吐的症状,这一症状往往容易引起患者误解,破坏良好的医患关系。服用中药后产生呕吐的原因较多,一呕吐是治疗疾病的一种方法;二是因辨证失误引起误治后出现的副作用;三是因为疾病本身的病情发展而出现的症状,与服不服中药无关;四是使用中药的方法错误导致。笔者对呕吐原因的分析希望能为中医临床工作者有所帮助。Author observed sometimes vomiting appears after taking TCM in patients with clinical, that patients with symptoms often can easily lead to misunderstanding, undermine the good doctor-patient relationship. Greater causes vomiting after taking TCM, vomiting is the disease one way; two is dialectical side effect occurs after error and mistreatment; three is where disease progression, is independent of suits against TCM; four is that using TCM methods is error. Author hope analysis to vomiting causes to be able to help TCM physician.
