摘  要:为了大幅度提高复杂断块油藏特高含水期水驱采收率,提出了立体开发的技术思路、优化设计方法及采用的主要技术手段。分层分块开发设计模式转变为从平面(各小块间)、层间到层内的立体优化设计,最大程度地提高水驱控制和动用程度。以永安镇油田永3断块为目标区块,编制了立体开发方案。对于Ⅰ类窄条带底水锥进的厚油层,设计了平面绕水舌、纵向绕水锥的三维弧形特殊结构井,使因高含水率(99%)已停产多年的油藏又打出低含水率的高产油井;对于Ⅱ类层间差异大的多薄层,开展纵向三级细分,力求减少层间干扰,大幅度提高薄差层采收率;对于Ⅲ类极复杂断块油层采用多靶点跨块定向井、跨块水平井,最大限度地提高储量动用率。矿场实施效果表明,产油量比调整前增加了122.2t/d,累积增产油量为4.86×10~4t,实施效果好于方案设计指标。To increase oil recovery efficiency in complicated fault-block reservoir during extra-high water cut stage,the paper proposes the three-dimensional exploitation including technical idea,design optimization,and technical approaches.Two dimensional design is replaced by optimized three-dimensional interlamination and intra-formational design,as a result,the water sweeping area and producing reserves are greatly increased.Taking Yong-3 block in Yong'an oilfield as an example,three-dimensional exploitation design is put forward.As for typeⅠthick oil layers with narrow water coning,special well with arching architecture is deployed to avoid water coning in three-dimensional space,and the abandoned reservoirs are flushed again with high production;as for typeⅡmultiple thin oil layers,third-level formation classification are implemented to minimize interlayer interference and recovery efficiency is increased accordingly;as for typeⅢ,very complicated faulted block,inter-block directional well and horizontal well with multiple targets are adopted to enhance producing reserves extensively.Field experiments shows that, output is increased by 122.2 t/d,cumulative production is increased by 4.86×10~4 t,and the effect is better than expectation.
